FAQS
For Our Grooming Salon:
How often should I groom my dogs or cats?
Grooming your dogs is part of keeping them happy and healthy. Depending on breed, age, coat, and some health conditions, dogs should be groomed regularly every two to six weeks. We will be happy to discuss an appropriate schedule that is right for your dogs!
What time should I drop off and pick up my pet for grooming?
Grooming appointments should arrive preferably 5-10 min before the scheduled appointment. We will inform you what time to pick up your loved one when drop off.
How long is the grooming process?
Depending on your dog's size, coat condition, temperament and if customers arrive a little bit late, the process might take anywhere from 1 - 4 hours. We normally text/call the customer 15-20 minutes before finish grooming. This will allow time for the customer to arrive so your dog does not have to sit around and wait :)
Can I stay with my pet during the grooming?
Unfortunately this is not permitted as dogs are calmer and better behaved for grooming when the owner is not present. It is essential that the groomer has 100% of the dog's attention at all times, as without this the risk of unnecessary accidents will increase. However, we do have both indoor and outdoor waiting areas. You are more than welcome to have a seat and read the magazines that we have provided for you.
What is 'Workday grooming stay' in the price list?
Considering our grooming salon is located in an industrial zone, many owners might prefer to drop in their dogs for grooming in the morning before work and pick up around lunch time or drop off around lunch time and pick up after work. We charge $19 for stay over 5 hours.
Are you available for grooming on your days off?
We may take bookings on our days off if any of our groomers are available. We charge 20% extra for bookings on Saturdays and days off, and might take longer than usual to confirm your appointment (3 - 5 days).
